POSTAL ORDER

From any post office you can use this system of payment. There you have to pay the amount due for your order, as well as postage and packing. You will be given a receipt which you must hold on to. By using this system you avoid paying the cash on delivery cost that the post office charges.

NOTE: The Government of the Canary Islands applies a tax that varies the 10 euros per package received. This amount does not charge us, but will send you to what you have in mind when making your orders.

(In every Post Office in Spain there is a Deutsche Bank branch office and they don’t charge any commission if you lodge money into our account.)
When lodging money you must give us your name and client number as a reference/sender because it is the only way we can know that you have lodged the money and it will also save time.

CREDIT CARD

You should fill in the order form with your credit card details and sign the authorisation form to allow us to charge you. (Without your signature we can’t use this system) Authorisation can be sent to us by fax. The cards we accept are: VISA, ACCES, MASTERCARD and EUROCARD.

We charge 3% on credit card payments.

ECONOMIC INTERNATIONAL PACKAGE

DELIVERY TIME: 4/8 weeks from the time we drop off the parcel to be sent from the post office.

INTERNATIONAL LETTER

DELIVERY TIME: 2/4 weeks from the time we drop off the parcel to be sent from the post office.

INTERNATIONAL LETTER EXPRESS

DELIVERY TIME: 1 week from the time we drop off the parcel to be sent from the post office.

HIGHT-PRIORITY INTERNATIONAL PACKAGE

DELIVERY TIME: 2/3 weeks from the time we drop off the parcel to be sent from the post office.

IMPORTANT

Posters. Because they are sent in a protective tube, so as not to fold them, they have their own postal rates. Therefore, if you order cds and posters, you will receive two separate parcels and each one will be charged differently.

All the prices and weights are approximated, can vary in function of country of the destiny, the weight and the system chosen for its transportation. In case you have any doubt you can send an email to us and we will tell you the exact price.



DELIVERY TIMES

The average delivery time for the majority of orders is from 4 to 7 weeks from the time we receive your material. However, due to a range of factors, some articles can be delayed. at M.D.R. your orders are valid for a period of 6 months (180 days), a more than reasonable period in order to ensure that we obtain the material you are looking for, however rare it may be. Likewise, we will send you orders as we receive them, in order to avoid unnecessary delays. Therefore, you may receive an order in various parcels.

RETURNING ORDERS/CANCELLATIONS

We will not accept a cancellation under any circumstances, because the record companies do not allow us to cancel either. Therefore, it is important to understand how we work before you place an order. If an order is returned without any justification, you lose your rights to receive material from us cash on delivery and will have to pay for your future orders in advance. If you have a change of address, go on holidays or any other problem arises, please contact us immediately.

THE SALES TERMS AND MAILING OF MATERIAL IN THIS SECTION OF THE CATALOGUE ARE DIFFERENT TO ALL THE REST:

1- POSTAL SERVICE USED:

Because the material is unique and has a high value, the only postal service used is express post to the client’s home, within 48 hours of the parcel leaving our store-room. Therefore, please give us the name and address of somebody who can receive and pay for the order at any time of the day (At home, work, etc.). The cost of this express service is approximately between 8 and 50 euros (It will depend on the weight, the destination, etc.) and it will be charged to the client. Every parcel will be insured. Therefore, should any problem or incident arise, the client receives 100% of the amount paid.

2- DELIVERY TERMS:

Delivery usually takes place within 15 days. Clients should place their orders urgently as our material is sold out very quickly and is rarely found again!
